Lead implementation
of test automation development framework for Amdocs and non-Amdocs systems.
Establish a Test Automation processes including tools & methodology.
Develop strategy for test automation. Develop and maintain test automation
frameworks using QTP tool.
Participate in reviews of Automation scope requirements.
Develop documentation to facilitate usage of test automation framework.
Provide technical guidance to the automation development team to ensure
alignment with methodology; test strategy and plan.
Help coordinate test automation efforts across multiple projects.
Proactively recommending testing tools and improvements.
Shares best practices within the organization.
Improve testing quality through Automation testing and advocacy with a constant
focus on the end user experience.
Provide effective communication regarding issues, objectives, initiatives, and
performance.

Requirements
Effective and proven leadership capabilities
with 2 years minimum experience leading SW development or testing automation
development teams
3+ years’ experience in QTP development or
development using VBS/VB/.NET/Java/C#/C++ /Python/Perl
Extensive development experience of more than
5 years required with the ability to review the design and maintenance of
automated testing scenarios
3+ years’ experience using HP Test
Director/QC
3+ years experience in development automated
testing for web and/or client/server appplications in a Microsoft Windows
environment
Advanced/Fluent in English
Preferences
In-depth knowledge of at least one Amdocs
product (Ensemble, Billing or Clarify)
Quality center APIs and BPT module.
Backend Test Automation Development.
2-3 years UNIX experience
